- Private Entrance: You will be greeted at our private entrance, located at the rear of the Summit building, where you’ll find convenient designated parking.
- AAAASF Certified Operating Suite: Your procedure will take place in our fully accredited, state-of-the-art operating suite.
- Experienced Surgical Team: You’ll be in the care of our experienced and compassionate surgical team.
- Comfortable Recovery: After surgery, you’ll wake up in our warm, tranquil recovery suite, where a certified recovery nurse will carefully monitor you.
- Personalized Post-Care: Once you are ready, your recovery nurse will coordinate your safe return home with your designated driver and provide you with detailed instructions specific to your needs.
What Can I Expect After My Procedure?
Recovery is a crucial part of the process. After your breast explant surgery:
- Anticipate some bruising, swelling, and tenderness. This is a normal part of the healing process and typically subsides over time.
- Expect a personalized call from Dr. Ricciardelli: The evening after your procedure, Dr. Ricciardelli will personally call you to check on your progress and address any concerns you may have.
