Plastic Surgery Appointment

Dermatology Appointment

We participate in many insurance plans, including:

Aetna, Ambetter, BlueCross BlueShield of NC, Champ VA, Cigna, Claritev (Multiplan), Humana, Humana Military, Medcost, Medicare, Novant Health Network, Tricare East, United Healthcare

If you have any questions regarding our participation with your insurance plan, please contact our office prior to scheduling your appointment.

If your insurance plan requires a referral to see a specialist, please contact your primary care doctor before your appointment to obtain the necessary referral.

If you’re requesting to schedule a surgical or cosmetic appointment, please contact our office directly to schedule.

If you are an established patient, you should see a “Welcome Back!” message after verifying your name and date of birth. If you have previously been seen in our office and have not seen this message, please call our office for assistance.

Our online scheduler allows patients to book appointments up to 90 days in advance.

Registration

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a registration link from eDerm.

• Log in using the patient’s last name and date of birth.
• If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
• If you are unable to locate the email, please contact our office.

New Patients

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Bring your insurance card(s), a valid photo ID, and a current medication list (if applicable).
• Be sure to complete both registration links sent to your email prior to your visit.
